Our fully equipped, spacious floating home sits directly on the water — no steps, no shoreline, and no roads. Just dock your boat, tie up, and step right into a vacation you’ll never forget. (Boat access is required)

Rates & Availability

Peak Season (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend)
Per Night: $500 (3 night minimum)
Per Week Discount: $3,000

Off Season (After Labor Day - Before Memorial Day)
Per Night: $375 (3 night minimum)
Per Week Discount: $2,250


Additional Fees
+ Cleaning Fee: $175
+ Security Deposit: $500 (refundable)

A 9.25% TN State Tax and 5% Campbell County
Lodging tax is added to all bookings.
3.5% fee for credit card payments – ZELLE with no fees.
